Sedona-Oak Creek Unified School District welcomes volunteers to our schools. We have several opportunities to support the learning of our students. Some samples of what volunteers have done in the past are below:
- Read with students
- Help in the library
- Help in the garden
- Assisting on field trips
- Being a room "mom" or "dad"
- Help in the classroom with projects
- Assist in decorating for an event
- Work in a small group with students
- Help the front office
- Make copies for teachers
- Help sort supplies for students
- Monitor safety on the playground
- Monitor safety in the cafeteria
- Assisting with maintenance and landscaping
