Dr. Swaninger brings over 20 years of experience in education, including roles as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. With a passion for student growth and community connection, he is dedicated to leading SOCUSD with integrity and heart. He holds degrees from ASU, Oakland University, and NAU, and enjoys spending time outdoors and cheering on his daughters in sports.
